In view of the upcoming National Wushu & Sanda Championships (NWSC) 2022, Martial House will be organising a mock competition for athletes representing our affiliate, De Wu Pugilistic Association.
It has been a while since the competition was held physically with “live” spectators. Hence, we strongly encourage all participants to take part in the mock competition so that participants can better understand the competition procedures and recognise fellow representatives of De Wu Pugilistic Association to cheer and support one another during the competition!
There are two parts to this mock competition:
1. Online Engagement & Briefing
Date: 2 November 2022
Day: Wednesday
Time: 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Venue: Zoom
2. Physical Mock Competition
Date: 6 November 2022
Day: Sunday
Time: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Venue: MHQ
Registration Fee: $38.00 per pax inclusive of video(s) regardless of the number of event(s)*
*The recorded video(s) of the routine(s) by each participant will be given in an USB.

Dear Valued Member,
Thank you for being part of our Martial House family!
We would like to inform you that starting 1 November 2022, we will be adjusting our prices of our Training Packages.
Also, we will be discontinuing the Unlimited Training Packages in 2024. The last purchase date for the 4-Week Unlimited Training Package is on 31 December 2022, and the last validity date is on 31 December 2023.
Martial House has always been committed to provide quality and affordable trainings to our athletes. When the safe management measures (SMMs) were implemented to curb COVID-19, we extended the validity period of all training packages so that athletes may continue their trainings when the SMMs were lifted.
With the rise in operational cost, this price adjustment will allow us to deliver better training experiences and continue to develop our athletes in and beyond the field of Wushu. Do look forward to the upcoming programmes, events and initiatives that will be launched in the coming weeks!
We appreciate your support and kind understanding as we continue to provide the best we can for our athletes. Meanwhile, members may continue to purchase Training Packages at the current rates till 31 October 2022.

In conjunction with “GetActive! Singapore” campaign, Martial House will be organising the “Wushu Stars Fiesta” on 6 & 7 August 2022, at Kallang Wave Mall, Atrium!
To provide a platform for our young Wushu athletes, aged 12 & below, to showcase their talents and skills, there will be a Wushu competition, featuring contemporary “duan-wei” and traditional routines!
Also, there will be a series of hands-on introductory workshops for those who are new to Wushu too!
Through this event, we hope to inculcate values such as loyalty, perseverance and courage, as well as to promote Wushu to the masses!

Martial House will be organising a Mock Competition on 17 June 2022, Friday at MHQ, in view of the upcoming events:
- 2nd Wushu Stars Championships 2022 - Online
- De Wu Pugilistic Association Belt Grading Examination
- National School Games (NSG) Wushu Championships for the Junior Division
The schedule for the day is as follows:
Quanshu (Fist) Routines
9:00am - 11:00am
Short Weapon Routines
11:00am - 1:00pm
Lunch
1:00pm - 2:00pm
Long Weapon Routines
2:00pm - 4:00pm
Registration Fee
- 1 Routine: S$25.00
- 2 Routines: S$35.00
- 3 Routines: S$45.00
Athletes may opt for the packed lunch as an add-on for S$5.00.
Video recording will be done during the mock competition videos are downloadable after the event.
As we will be simulating the NSG competition environment, no spectators will be allowed and all preparation (such as make-up, hair-styling and costume) should be done before the reporting time.

The deadline for the video submission is on 13 March 2022, Sunday, 7:00pm.
The competition results will be announced on 1 April 2022.

- Payment to be made via PayNow to MHQ Pte Ltd (UEN: 201834415W) and proof of payment has to be submitted.
Participants are required to abide to the Non-Disclosure Agreement by the vendor, Infinity Sports:
1. All videos shall remain the property of Infinity Sports and shall not be disclosed, publicised on any social media platform or revealed to anyone except Infinity Sports. The undersigned shall be responsible for any improper disclosure of Confidential information.
2. Videos are no way to be used for appeal against the Singapore National Wushu & Sanda Championship 2021 and all other competitions organised by the Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation.
3. No videos shall not be used in any form of virtual/online competitions.

Martial House will be participating in the Anti-Pandemic International Wushu Championships 2022, initiated by the Wushu, Lion & Dragon Dance Association, Penang and organised by CMF Wushu Academy.
The objective of the online competition is to encourage everyone to practise Wushu continuously to restore our physical fitness and strengthen immunity. The competition format is based on online video submission of individual routines.
