A. The Martial House Circle
1. What is the Martial House Circle?
The Martial House Circle is a rewards programme which allows members to earn points when images of receipts are uploaded. Points issued can subsequently be exchanged for vouchers and/or rewards! Exclusive benefits, deals and invitations for members can be found in the webapp too! There’s always something for everyone in the Martial House Circle!
2. How do I qualify to be part of the Martial House Circle?
The Martial House Circle is open to all individuals with a verified local mobile number and an email address. Whether you’re an active athlete or alumnus of Martial House, or a member of the public, you’re welcome to be part of the Martial House Circle.
3. How do I sign up to be a member of the Martial House Circle?
You may sign up via the Martial House Circle webapp.
4. Can I sign up as a member if I am not residing in Singapore?
Yes, you may sign up if you have a valid local number and email address to proceed with a one-time password verification.
5. How do I download the Martial House Circle webapp?
Go to the website https://martialhouse.eber.co/, tap the “More Options” icon >> “Add to Home Screen”.
6. How do I login if I am registering to be a member for the first time?
Register directly via our website https://martialhouse.eber.co/ with a valid local mobile number and email address.
7. Is there an annual membership fee?
a. Martial House Community Card: Free
b. Martial House Membership Card: $58.00/year
c. Martial House Membership Card Plus: Free for Martial House Membership Card members who earned at least 4,500 points in the 12-month qualification period.
8. What is the difference between the membership tiers?
Members from the 3 tiers enjoy different levels of benefits and conversion rates.
a. Martial House Community Card: $1.00 = 1 point
b. Martial House Membership Card: $1.00 = 1.5 points
c. Martial House Membership Card Plus: $1.00 = 2 points
9. Is there an expiry to my membership?
Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date of sign up/renewal. After which, the membership expires. For Martial House Membership Card Plus members, your membership may be downgraded if the points earned falls below 4,500 in the 12-month qualification period.
10. After I have registered for a membership account, can I submit my past receipts?
No. You may start earning and accumulating points upon successful activation of your membership. Receipts transacted prior to the date of your membership registration date will not be accepted.
11. How do I upgrade to another membership tier?
Martial House Community Card members may upgrade to Martial House Membership Card upon submission of registration and payment. Martial House Membership Card members will automatically be upgraded to the Martial House Membership Card Plus once they meet the minimum earning criterion of 4,500 points within a 12-month period.
12. Why is my membership downgraded?
Martial House Membership Card Plus members need to meet the minimum earning criterion of 4,500 points within a 12-month period. To ensure you continue to enjoy the double points privilege, do track your total points earned via the webapp.
13. How do I renew my membership?
Martial House Community Card members may renew via the webapp for free while Martial House Membership Card members may renew by completing the registration and payment via the webapp. For Martial House Membership Card Plus member, the membership will be renewed if the minimum earning criterion of 4,500 points in a 12-month qualification period is met.
14. If the membership transferable?
No, membership is non-transferrable. Friends and family members keen on enjoying the same benefits can sign up as a member.
15. How can I update my membership profile?
You can update your membership profile details via the webapp under the tab “Membership Card” >> “More” >> “Personal Details”. Alternatively, send an email to info@martialhouse.com for update of essential information such as mobile number and email address.
16. My current membership is from 16 November 2021 to 15 November 2022. If I earned 4,500 points on 3 March 2022 and 4,500 points on 4 April 2022, does that mean my Martial House Membership Card Plus will be extended for two years?
No. In the above scenario, the qualification period is from 16 November 2021 to 15 November 2022. If the minimum points earned (as verified and approved by Martial House) is achieved on 3 March 2022, any additional points earned for the remainder of the qualification period from 4 April 2022 to 15 November 2022 will be disregarded for the purposes of calculating the minimum earning criterion of 4,500 points for any membership year. If you are currently a Martial House Membership Card member, your Martial House Membership Card Plus membership will be from 3 March 2022 to 2 March 2023. If you are an existing Martial House Membership Card Plus member, your membership will be extended from 16 November 2022 to 15 November 2023.
B. Programme Mechanics
17. What is the qualifying period to start earning reward points?
You can start earning points starting from 1 January 2022 onwards.
18. Is there a minimum spend to earn reward points?
A minimum spend of $10.00 per receipt is required to earn reward points. Calculation of reward points will be run down to the nearest dollar.
19. Does the reward point earnings apply to all Martial House training locations?
The earning of reward points is applicable to training locations managed directly by Martial House, i.e. MHQ & MHG, and the People’s Association (PA), i.e. Community Clubs (CCs) & Residents’ Committees (RCs).
20. What is the expiry for reward points?
Reward points will expire 12 months from the date earned.
21. Can the minimum spending for points redemption be in multiple receipts?
No. The minimum spending of $10.00 can only be presented in a single receipt.
C. Reward Types
22. What are the available rewards?
Members can convert their points for vouchers and benefits listed in the “Rewards” tab of the Martial House Circle webapp.
23. Where can I view my available points?
You can view your available points in the “Membership Card” tab of the Martial House Circle webapp.
24. How can I redeem for rewards?
You may convert your points to available rewards via the “Rewards” tab of the Martial House webapp.
25. Are reward points transferrable?
No. Memberships and points in the Martial House Circle webapp are non-transferrable.
D. Earn Reward Points
26. How do I earn reward points?
Receipt amount must meet the minimum spend of $10.00 to qualify. Reward points can be earned by uploading of receipt image via the Martial House Circle webapp. All receipts are to be submitted within the next 7 days from the date of receipt transaction. Receipt verification will take up to 2 working days for mobile submission. A push notification will be sent once the status of the receipt submission is approved/declined. Hence, kindly ensure your device setting allows for push notification for the Martial House Circle webapp.
27. What should be contained in the receipt images?
To qualify, receipt images must clearly show the name/logo of the issuing organisation, receipt number, date of transaction and total purchase amount.
28. Are receipts transacted before the Martial House Circle membership valid? Can I use them to earn points?
No. Only receipts after Martial House Circle membership registration can be used.
E. Redeem Rewards
29. How do I use my rewards?
In the Martial House Circle webapp, tap the “Rewards” tab >> “My Rewards” >> the reward you want to use >> follow the instructions in the description.
30. I changed my mind after converting my reward points to a particular reward. Can I change for another reward instead?
No. Once redeemed, the reward points and rewards will be non-refundable.
31. How do I know when my reward is used?
You can check In the Martial House Circle webapp by tapping “Rewards” >> “History”.
F. Troubleshooting
32. I can’t login to my account after signup.
Kindly check your login credentials. You can also try to tap on “My Profile” >> “Use Email Address” >> enter your email address >> “Continue” >> “Email me a 6-digit code to sign in” >> enter the email code received >> “Continue”.
33. Where can I update my personal details?
In the Martial House Circle, tap on “My Profile” >> “More” >> “Personal Detail” >> edit your personal details.
34. I have submitted my receipts but I did not receive any reward points.
Kindly allow 2 working days for the submitted receipt to be verified. You can check the receipt submission status via the “Notification” tab of the Martial House Circle webapp. You may also write in to us via email at info@martialhouse.com or via the “Contact Us” feature in the webapp with the following:
a. Name
b. Mobile Number
c. Name of the issuing organisation
d. Receipt number
e. Date of transaction
f. Total purchase amount
35. I have lost my receipt. Can you still award my reward points?
No. We will require a valid receipt image for validation.
36. Why has my receipt been declined?
A receipt may be declined due to the following reasons:
a. Submitted receipt has passed the receipt submission window, i.e. within the next 7 days from the date of receipt transaction.
b. There is missing information on the receipt image such as the name/logo of the issuing organisation, receipt number, date of transaction or total purchase amount.
c. Submitted receipt is not from training locations managed directly by Martial House, i.e. MHQ & MHG, orthe People’s Association (PA), i.e. Community Clubs (CCs) & Residents’ Committees (RCs).
d. Receipt has already been submitted by you or another member previously.
